*Customer Service Advisor**Full time, Customer Service Advisor Mon-Fri.We are looking for an individual who can provide a positive customer experience based on Sleep.8 Values.
You will be assisting the Order Management & Customer Service Manager by upholding an outstanding customer experience for our SLEEP.8 Audience.
Providing a positive customer service aftersales experience, Investigating, and resolving customer complaints and making sure orders are fulfilled. Competitive salary & bonus.*What the role entails*- Enforcing excellent customer services aftersales
- Responding to customers in a timely manor
- Insuring stores are correctly placing orders
- Inputting sales on our designated system
- Sending out sample requests
- Ensure all outstanding balances are paid
- Booking customers deliveries
- Keeping sensitive and financial information confidential

£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
