Importas successfully design, develop and source furniture products from accredited manufactures across Asia, and fulfil product requirements from some of the UK's largest National Retailers.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Administrator,, as part of our office team in the Devon seaside town Teignmouth.

By having a passion for this important role you'll not only contribute to our UK Team, our colleagues in China, our suppliers, and valued customers.

Your skills would ideally cross over with your input into order processing and placement, product selection, buying, design and sourcing - and being genuine part of our continued success.

Your Resposibilities

• Order Placement
• Order tracking and progress management
• Consolidation of Customer orders / contracts
• Supplier Performance management
• Data and document control from our Suppliers
• Customer order specific requirements

What your experience will include

• Curious, analytical and commercially brilliant, you'll either possess a relevant degree, or have gained experience within a retail, or a Head Office environment in Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain planning etc
• Attention to detail, with very strong numerical, planning and analytical skills
• Experience with MS Office 365 and Sharepoint is essential, with proven excellent abilities with MS Excel
• Excellent, and likeable, communication skills across all levels
