Be-IT are delighted to be partnering with a leading provider of managed hybrid cloud services in Scotland. Established 25 years ago, our customer-centric approach and certified team set them apart in the industry.


They are seeking an experienced Head of Service Delivery to lead their team, ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds customer expectations.

Offices are based in Dundee and there would be a requirement for maximum two days per week onsite.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead service desk and engineering teams.
  • Accountable for IT Service Management processes and tools.
  • Drive continual service improvement.
  • Provide management information and detailed service disruption reviews.
  • Act as escalation point for service issues.
  • Lead service transition for new services.
  • Ensure infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.
  • Manage major incident and problem recovery.
  • Foster strong customer relationships.

Requirements:


  • Strong leadership in a 24x7x365 environment.
  • Expertise in IT Service Management disciplines.
  • Proven track record in managing major incidents and problems.
  • Agile resource management within budgets.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and service management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Benefits:
