Description

Responsibilities:


  • Support the sales team by preparing sales materials and presentations
  • Maintain customer databases and update customer information in Salesforce
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments as needed
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills:


  • Strong sales skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,245.94 per year
