Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by preparing sales materials and presentations
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information in Salesforce
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments as needed
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy

From £23,245.94 per year
