- Customer Propositions & Delivery (CP&D) is transforming into an Agile, goal and journey lead organisation, this is a new role where you will evolve and mature the end to end business design for the goals and journeys and how they operate in CP&D
- You'll be working with a range of stakeholders to identify the design backlog, define opportunities and shape the organisation to meet our strategic goals

What you'll do:
As a Business Design Lead, you'll engage with relevant stakeholders as a single point of contact for design aspects.
You'll be representing the design function at governance forums and working with enterprise architects to make sure standards and principles are adhered to.
You'll also create and maintain the overall business operating model design artifacts and underlying design principles.Other duties include:
- Translating requirements into a series of transition state designs and an executable roadmap
- Mobilising the design team cadence to plan and drive the delivery of enablement backlog items and other activities
- Driving the delivery of key pangoal enablement backlog items, including preparing design documents and analysis/decision papers, engaging with and gaining buy in from the relevant key stakeholders
- Documenting the relevant design in accordance with standard methods
- Creation of design standards where they are required to ensure appropriate consistency across goals including mobilisation and running of a business design authority
The skills you'll need:
You'll already have a background in solution design and significant experience of using industry standard models and tools. Alongside good communication skills, you'll also need the ability to lead and collaborate with both internal and external teams.
We'll also want to see:
- Knowledge and proficiency of scaled Agile and a variety of Agile operating models
- A broad understanding of the financial services environment and regulatory frameworks
- An expert understanding of external influences and advances that impact design
