We have a vacancy for a part-time (permanent) receptionist for our bustling friendly business centre here in Hall Green, Birmingham.
Monday to Friday (8.30am - 1pm)- *Please note, there may occasionally be a requirement to work afternoons (1pm-5.30pm) or a full working day (8.30am-5.30pm) to cover annual leave/sickness accordingly._
- Weekday work only, no weekends._
- Friendly, confident and outgoing
- Well organised and conscientious
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Previous reception and telephone call handling would be an advantage
- Flexible with working hours if required to cover holidays/sickness
What the role includes,
- Answering incoming calls for inhouse office and virtual clients
- Welcoming clients to the business centre
- Taking meeting room bookings
- Photocopying and franking post for clients (as required)
- General administration tasks
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary:
£11.00 per hour
