German Speaking Customer Service Executive - Ref 384

Salary:
£24K


Location:
Nottingham Centre - 2 days office based, 3 days remote

We are working with a leading retail brand. They are looking for customer service and German language skills.

The position will either deal with cover larger retail customers, or their small and medium sized customers.


They are looking for individuals who would love to use their German in a professional capacity, as well as someone who has a good analytical mind and knowledge of Excel.

Excel skills are more heavily used for the bigger brand accounts.


Key Tasks

  • Communicate with key business customers and look after those relationships
  • There is a mix of German and English contact
  • Arranging shipping
  • Working on various Excel sheets
  • Solving any problems that come in

Experience needed

  • Excel/Administration experience would be preferred
  • Great customer care skills and personable manner
  • Reliable with an ability to work effectively remotely
  • Any supply chain or manufacturing sector experience is a bonus
  • Should have some experience in an exporting environment (preferred)
  • Solid analytical skills
