A nationally recognised organisation is looking for an individual with a real passion for HR for a role within a busy and fast paced environment.

This organisation, based just outside of Birmingham City Centre, offer an excellent benefits package as wellas onsite facilities and opportunities for progression.

This is a varied HR administration role with elements of advisory supporting the companies HR business partners in a full 360 role.

This is a fantastic contract opportunity where no 2 days will be thesame. This role is a maternity cover starting asap for an initial 9 months period with hybrid working.

The main responsibilities of the role will be as follows:


  • Offering advisory to all managers and relevant parties within the business in regards to routine HR related issues utilising an extremely high level of customer service in order to manage situations efficiently
  • Assistance in all matters of absences, disciplinaries and grievances supporting HR Consultants in a comprehensive manner
  • Expert production of reports in line with the requirements for management information including full analysis of data in order to create action points and escalate points of concern
  • Completion of HR Administration to an exceptionally high standard including correspondence, contracts, new starter documentation and upkeep of personnel databases
  • Excellent communication amongst all departments such as payroll in order to ensure smooth operations in relation to all employees and new starters
