KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Painting and Decorating Basic carpentry/Handyman skills Maintenance checks of plantrooms Assisting technicians with duties as required General housekeeping of working areas, plantrooms, workshops, stores.

Monitor the safe working environment of plantrooms Maintain radio communication with team leaders and maintenance team Monitor emergency bleep system when required Complete job dockets in timely manner Assist team with KPI targets, number of jobs per day Promote health and safety for yourself and others 11.

Willing to attend residential and non-residential training courses thus staying aware of statutory regulations and guidance, attend college to attain an apprenticeship level 3 in mechanical /electrical engineering Flexible in approach to overtime and working hours Promote, follow and utilise the trust values Participate in the trust appraisal system To ensure an effective and responsible approach to customer care
