Regional Sales Manager - Blackburn, United Kingdom - Walbury Commercial

Duties
To manage the sales department in the North West region with a target of 150 new homes sales in 2023 and 200 sales in 2024
Recruiting, training and ongoing management of all members of the sales team;
(Sales negotiators, Sales coordinators, marketing administrators, customer service manager, etc)
Procuring and managing external consultants;
(Marketing agencies, mortgage advisers, conveyancing solicitors)
Planning, launching and managing marketing campaigns on new developments
Planning and creating show homes and sales areas on new sites
Regularly visiting sites to inspect the sales areas and ensure the customer experience is optimized at all times
Maximising quality leads and ensuring each lead is processed to achieve the best outcome
Overseeing the sales pipeline and ensuring sales are achieved in the fastest possible time
Dealing with difficult situations which may arise from time to time
Managing an effective after sales service ensuring customers are treated with courtesy and respect
Preparing reports to the Directors on leads, reservations, sales, etc
Working alongside the directors to constantly improve the sales system and strengthen the sales department ready for future expansion.
Attributes
Minimum 10 years experience in management of a successful sales and marketing department
Specific experience required in property sales (new homes preferably)
Ideally from an Estate agency management background or sales department head for a housebuilder
Perseverant and steadfast
Resourceful and resilient
Ability to motivate and inspire team members whilst maintaining discipline and ensuring the sales system is adhered to at all times
Remuneration
Circa £80,000 per annum
