Shop/Tea bar Supervisor

42.5 hours (Mon-Fri, 7am - 3.30pm) with overtime every other Sunday am.

We are looking for a Shop/Tea bar Supervisor at The League of Friends based at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.

Job Role will include:

Have good retail and organisational skills.
Have good communication skills to liaise with staff, volunteers and customers.
To ensure we have sufficient stock for sale, stock is rotated, always full and within date.
To place stock orders, receive stock on arrival and check stock is suitable for sale.
Open and close areas at the beginning and end of operating hours, ensuring that all areas are kept clean and maintained throughout.
Develop your product knowledge and stock in store to ensure good customer service.
Be able to operate and maintain Coffee Machine, operate the till and occasionally use a computer and photocopy machine to keep records up to date.
Be able to follow systems and procedures, including dress code, customer service standards, safety regulations and other precautions and requirements.
Have knowledge of Food Hygiene Level 2 and be prepared to complete if not already held.
Engaging in appropriate behaviour at all times, representing the charity in a positive light.
Complete tasks as delegated by Business Manager and oversee the Shop Assistant, working as a team to complete tasks and support revenue.
