Are you looking to join a household name business and join a HR team?
If you have HR Advisor experience, you might be interested in a Senior HR Advisor role. This position is based in Leeds working alongside a HR team and is a varied HR generalist role.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting line managers with ER
- Advise on recruitment and assist with large recruitment pushes
- Provide advice to colleagues on ER matters
- Help create a people centric workplace
- Review and implement HR practices, policies, procedures, processes and documentation
- Ensure the business is in line with UK Employment Laws and make recommendations
- Assist with HR projects including Learning and Development
What you'll need:
- CIPD qualification, preferred
- Experience in HR or Recruitment
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
What you'd get in return:
- Salary up to £34,000
