Are you looking to join a household name business and join a HR team?
If you have HR Advisor experience, you might be interested in a Senior HR Advisor role. This position is based in Leeds working alongside a HR team and is a varied HR generalist role.


What you'll be doing:


  • Supporting line managers with ER
  • Advise on recruitment and assist with large recruitment pushes
  • Provide advice to colleagues on ER matters
  • Help create a people centric workplace
  • Review and implement HR practices, policies, procedures, processes and documentation
  • Ensure the business is in line with UK Employment Laws and make recommendations
  • Assist with HR projects including Learning and Development

What you'll need:


  • CIPD qualification, preferred
  • Experience in HR or Recruitment
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

What you'd get in return:
