We are currently assisting a well-known and highly respected International Asset Management company recruit an experienced Employee Benefits Associate on an initial one year FTC.

The company in question genuinely have employee wellbeing and welfare at the forefront of everything they do and have continued this ethos during the current situation.

Joining a fantastic HR team and reporting into the Shared Services COE Manager you will be ultimately responsible for managing the Benefits and Vendor processes on behalf of the TR team to manage the International Strategy and global benefits portfolio ensuring regulatory and cost measures are met.

You will be continually responsible for:

Dealing with Benefits queries and escalation of issues
Managing the Benefits documentation for the employee bas
EMEA onboarding of multiple schemes
HRIS improvement projects

Additionally you will be responsible for:

Drafting communications, promoting benefits and renewals
Compliance MI reporting
Ad hoc Project Support

This will suit an experienced HR Operations Specialist/Benefits Analyst with a proven track record in ideally Asset Management/Financial Services. If this is you do not hesitate to apply
