Salary:
£45,00 / £50,000

An expanding company in Central Manchester, are looking to add a technically sound IT Service Delivery Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities for the

IT Service Delivery Lead:

Service Management: Implementing ITIL service management practices and fostering a service improvement culture.
Management Reporting: Producing executive summaries and regular IT service statistics reports for different levels of the business.
Communication: Engaging with nontechnical stakeholders, driving a positive image of IT, and establishing business engagement forums.
Strategic Thinking: Collaborating with the Architecture team and customers to develop a technology roadmap for continuous investment and staying updated on relevant technologies and regulatory changes.

Soft Skills:

Strong multitasking ability and enjoys a busy work environment.
Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships at all business levels.
Adaptable to uncertainty and dynamic business changes.
Independent thinker, unafraid to challenge behaviors, while advocating positive business change.

Skills/Experience/Other Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in an IT or similar role.
Experience in IT vendor/supplier management.
ITIL Qualification.
Demonstrable organizational skills.
Capability to create and implement new processes and procedures for enhancing operations.
