Full time, permanent contractHours - Mon - Fri
8.30am to 5pm
1 hour lunch break
Salary - £22,000 per annum
Holidays - 21 days + stats
You will work as part of a team and will need to be motivated, efficient and well organised.
You will need to be comfortable speaking with customers and suppliers on the telephone so a friendly and professional manner is required.
Assisting with Reception duties such as answering and forwarding phone calls, and welcoming visitors
Organising and archiving records and documents. Making copies of paperwork and distributing as needed. Retrieving data and files for other departments and personnel. Using alphabetical and numerical systems to organise both paper and electronic records & documents.
Updating spreadsheets and data inputting.
Involved in Sales and Repairs by preparing quotations, booking out orders and arranging couriers.
Typing skills are required
Familiar with Microsoft and Outlook
Must have good working knowledge of Excel and Word Packages
