Payroll Assistant - Interim- Global, Innovating and Highly Successful Organisation
About Our Client:
You will be joining a global organisation who is currently undergoing an exciting change.
Duties Include:
- Assisting with end to end payroll
- Checking and processing timesheets
- Ensuring all payroll information is up to date and correct
- Issuing relevant documents such as Payslips, P45's, P60's and P11's
- Processing payroll weekly and monthly
- Resolving queries relating to payroll
- Resolving discrepancies in payments
- Calculating and processing SSP, SMPS and SPP
- Processing new starters, leavers, holidays, maternity, paternity and sickness
- Liaising with HMRC when needed
- Assisting with Audit when required
- Assisting with tax year submissions
- Ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant:
- Have previous experience working within a payroll function essential
- Be able to meet deadlines essential
- Have strong attention to detail essential
- Be proactive and have a positive attitude desirable
- Be familiar with using payroll accounting software desirable
- Be proficient in Microsoft office packages including excel essential
