Zest4Talent are delighted to be recruiting for an E-Commerce and Merchandising Specialist to join the existing marketing team of a creative company specialising in in a unique consumer product with an established market in the UK and US.

With a turnover of £10million and rising the company have grown exponentially in the last 5 years.


A competitive salary of £35-38k is on offer with excellent benefits including hybrid working (ideally 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Digital Marketing you will be working in a creative team of 5. You will enjoy a collaborative relationship with the product development team alongside other key internal stakeholders.

The main objective for this E-commerce and Merchandising specialist's role will be to ensure the D2C website is the best in its class with a positive user experience to maximise sales.


  • Experience updating and adding to a website
  • Knowledge of ecommerce systems
  • Magento would be ideal but Shopify, Woohoo or other ecomms software
  • MS office skills with intermediate Excel
  • Experience in SEO and Google Analytics
  • You will possess strong problemsolving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Work experience within a digital marketing department or company

The E-commerce and Merchandising responsibilities will include:

  • Updating website content in conjunction with marketing schedule and e-commerce strategy
  • Uploading all product information and new product launches to the company website
  • Ensuring all products are merchandised to achieve the best conversion rate and average order value
  • Continuously looking to improve on customer experience by conducting monthly reviews
  • Ensuring search function is optimised over new product launches.
  • Reporting any day to issues with logging in or other technical issues to their external website support agency
