Job Overview:


As a Content Developer at our college, your primary responsibility is to create, curate, and manage a variety of educational content.

You will develop engaging course materials, academic resources, and promotional content.

This role involves collaborating with students, and staff to ensure the production of high-quality educational materials that align with the college's mission and values.

You'll also be involved in content strategy development, educational technology integration, and the use of multimedia to enhance the learning experience.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with SMEs and other team members to align on creative vision and successfully execute projects.
  • Design, develop and deliver systems and highquality code using programming languages, such as C++ and C#.
  • Design and develop visually stunning and interactive content, simulations, or other virtual experiences.
  • Integrate 3D models, animations, textures, and audio assets while ensuring optimal performance and visual fidelity.
  • Write and optimise scripts to control content behaviour, UI functionality, and other interactive elements.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, memory usage, and other technical challenges to maintain smooth and efficient experiences.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues, glitches, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay up to date with latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality of content including latest VR and AR hardware and software advancements.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation for developed content, including asset lists, technical specifications, and guidelines for future reference.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt to new software
  • Ability to prioritise their workload
  • Have a team orientated ethos
