Allen Motor Group are looking to employ a Customer Experience Consultant to provide and efficient and courteous response to both telephone and online enquiries, ensuring an excellent service is given to all customers.

This position is offered on a part time hour a week basis and reports to the Online Team Leader.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Once you have joined, and been trained in the position, you will be expected to demonstrate the following:

  • Inputting all customer leads and enquiries into the CRM system
  • Being able to provide presales technician and functional support
  • Ensuring the highest quality of customer interactions at every stage of the customer journey
  • Delivery of high quality information and articulating advanced product features and benefits when necessary
