Description

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust within our Trauma & Orthopaedic service.

You will need to have a high level of experience in acute clinical practice at band 5/6 Level/equivalent and have sound clinical knowledge whilst also demonstrating managerial and leadership abilities.

Trainee practitioners will be expected to complete an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) under the support and guidance of our medical colleagues.

For several years now, T&O has recruited a team of committed and dynamic practitioners who have developed the role of advanced nurse practitioners into a well-defined, structured and respected career pathway at (UHS).

We are now seeking to expand our team further to enable a 24/7 service; benefiting our patients in terms of continuity and quality of care, prompt admissions, enhanced inpatient care and discharges, improving patient experience and reducing length of stay
