Regional Trainer - Coventry Based

Circa £27,000 pa,
(dependant on experience & qualifications)

37.5 hours per week, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (full time) Part Time / Job Share Considered_

The SENAD Group provide specialist education, care and community supportfor the most complex, vulnerable and hard to place young people and adults.

Our services work with people with autism, mild to severe learning difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviour.

We operate schools, care homes and community support packages predominantly across the East and West Midlands area and North Wales.

Reporting into the Head of Training & Development, this role provides a great opportunity for someone who has a broad range of experience in social care, health or education who is confident and able to deliver engaging training to others.

We will invest in your CPD to build knowledge in new areas and to become accredited.

In this unique and varied role, you will provide training and induction programmes across multiple locations and deliver key training to staff teams in topics such as Moving & Handling, Autism, Restraint Reduction, Values and Mental Health and many more.

We will support you in this varied career journey and give you the tools to deliver outstanding training to complement and enhance our services.

You should have at least 2 years experience in a relevant work setting, ideally you should have some training experience and be confident and able to share learning and best practice.

You should have a passion for the safety, health and care of others; be able to travel very regularly across SENAD locations and be willing to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education & Teaching (AET) - if not already in receipt.
