Description

With a strong client base across Europe and a large pipeline, growing the delivery team to execute on the business being won by the sales team is the next stage in the growth journey.

As a delivery consultant you will manage the process with the client from the research and market mapping stage through to completion.

Full training will be given but experience in sourcing senior and executive level talent would be highly beneficial.

You will be remunerated well with earnings in excess of 30% of billings for the top performers as well as excellent benefits, hybrid working and a grown up environment focused on results.

Team building and culture is important here but tends to involve health and wellness events and feedback sessions rather than purely meals and nights out.
