    The Role

    The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the Brand Marketing Manager and works closely with the Growth Marketing Team in various areas.

    This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and solution-oriented thinking.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Prepare, manage, and organise business-critical documents, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy
    • Undertake special projects, demonstrating complex task handling and problem-solving capabilities
    • Research and identify solutions to improve current processes and workflows
    • Support the Brand Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks, including coordinating designers, writers, and stakeholders
    • Team Operations and Administration:
    • Process, manage, and accurately code invoices from suppliers using tools like PeopleSoft
    • Liaise between the Marketing team and Legal/Procurement functions regarding contracts with 3rd party suppliers
    • Manage calendar appointments and coordinate communications as the liaison between internal teams and external partners
    • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Oversee AV production, including clearances and contracts, and see AV projects through from idea to final delivery

    We're Looking For

    • A commercial AV production experience (TV, digital video, radio, and podcast)
    • Previous experience in marketing, media, or account management is preferred but not required
    • Meticulous, proactive approach to problem-solving, accountable, and result-driven
    • Collaborative and able to partner with team members across the marketing group and company, along with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and efficiently manage time
    • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies; proficiency in G-Suite, PeopleSoft, and Airtable is a plus
    • Ability to work at pace to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
    • Flexibility to work across different time zones and collaborate with international teams
