QC Analyst

12 month contract

£18.33 per hour

Liverpool

4 days on, 4 off (11.5 hours)


Cpl Life Sciences are partnering with a global pharmaceutical company that focusses on developing life changing vaccines recruiting for a QC Analyst to join one of the laboratories in Liverpool.

The main purpose of the QC Analyst is to perform quality testson in-process, intermediate and finished vaccine products.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Perform QC laboratory testing and communicate all findings
  • Investigate of any invalid, OOS/ OOT results within the GLIMS system
  • Support with technical and validation studies
  • Manage deviations and communicate with QA
  • Manage CAPAs, Change Control
  • Update SOPs
  • Perform quality risk assessments
  • Perform laboratory administrations, archiving of documentation
  • Manage QC samples
  • Laboratory maintenance, including cleaning, ordering and ensuring stock required is available
Experience;

  • Previous experience of QC testing techniques
  • Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
