The Role

Working alongside the Brand Manager to create, implement and develop effective marketing campaigns for our main operational services - which include grounds maintenance and waste management - with the objective of increasing sales, brand awareness and improvingcustomer experience.

Key Duties

Work alongside the Brand Manager to deliver dynamic marketing campaigns for chosen channels
Work with our Experience and Development team to acknowledge and respond to customer communications through our social media platforms
Assist with monthly reporting, tracking of marketing activities and sharing feedback on progress
Stay current on industry and local news, using our digital platforms to share with our customers and staff
Schedule and deliver campaign plans to feed into the master marketing plan
Liaise with internal and external contacts to develop professional relationships and partnerships
Attend business meetings as necessary in person and via Microsoft Teams
Participate creatively in proposal, campaign and content creation
Produce, analyse and report on key data stats for our marketing to help drive future campaigns
Assist with trade or brand events, and contribute to idea development
