An exciting opportunity has arisen in our friendly integrated community team.

Do you have experience of working in a rehabilitation environment or as part of a multidisciplinary team?

come and join our community therapy team based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

We provide Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy to clients.

You will be managing your own caseload with support from qualified therapists. This includes falls prevention, mobility assessments and rehabilitation following routine surgery plus provision of basic equipment and walking aids. We offer opportunities for further development supported by our friendly and progressive team.

This post is full time, 37.5 hrs per week but part time work will also be considered. If you are short-listed, you will be invited to attend an interview.


This post requires visits to patients in their own homes, therefore a full valid driving license and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the equality act 2010).

You will also be required to complete electronic patient records using SystmOne (training provided).


In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary (pro rata where applicable).

The ideal applicant would have a health related qualification to the level of NVQ 3 or equivalent community experience.
