AAT are a leading specialist Lifting and Safety Equipment Installation, Inspection, Repair and Maintenance Company working within the Wind Energy Industry throughout the UK and Europe.

Due to continued company growth we require a Work Planner/Co-Ordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Work Planner/Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager to plan and coordinate site works relating to the installation, inspection, repair and maintenance of a wide range of safety and work equipment within the wind industry.
Be the focal point for enquiries, creating quotes and planning work with our clients.
Allocate inspectors to jobs and ensure all documentation has been sent prior to work beginning
General office admin duties
You will be part of a team working to the highest safety, quality and environmental standards.

Experience & Skills

Experience working in a similar role within a service/inspection company, either within or outside of the wind industry.
Strong Geographical knowledge
Confidence with the complete Microsoft Office package
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
Have strong organisational skills and close attention to detail
Experience of team working
Proactive and keen to learn
An enthusiastic approach, selfmotivated, able to work on own initiative
Build effective relationships with others within and outside the organization to achieve shared goals
