What You'll Do:

• Forge and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to shape effective recruitment strategies, clarify recruitment workflows, remove obstacles, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve recruitment goals.
• Along with the broader People & Culture team, you will contribute to enhancing our recruitment framework, including process optimisation, documentation refinement, tooling upgrades, and deepening our insights into the talent landscape.
• Work from our brand new London office. We operate on a hybrid work schedule (Minimum 3 days in office).

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in an endtoend internal recruitment role, with a demonstrated ability to attract and secure talent for nontechnical positions within Commercial & Sales.
• Experience with Early-Careers hiring and initiatives would be advantageous
• Goaloriented, meticulous, and personable, with a knack for managing priorities in a dynamic setting with competing demands.
• Your passion for data shines through your ability to leverage insights to guide your work and persuasively engage stakeholders.
• Selfdriven and enthusiastic about leading recruitment initiatives and process improvements
• You have a growth mindset and see challenges as learning, growing, and developing opportunities.
