Compare My Move is a comparison service founded in 2012 for UK movers to compare and connect with moving industry professionals they can trust.


Having come from a removals background, we started comparing removal companies for home movers and quickly added surveying and conveyancing as additional services.

With more services on the way our mission is to become the home of moving home.

We're building the best network of verified partners from local trusted professionals, whilst saving home movers time and money on moving services and becoming a recognisable brand within our industry and beyond.

About the role:


Do you love building relationships with businesses to secure long-term partnerships? If so, Compare My Move, an online comparison service for moving home, are looking for Partner Support Executive to join the current Partner Support Team.

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to our network of moving industry partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting, positive and profitable partner relationships to maximise company growth.
  • Manage our customer accounts via our inhouse bespoke CRM.
  • Handling consumer and partner complaints where necessary.
  • Processing orders and payments.
  • Liaise with other departments across the business.
  • Overall you will be the first point of contact for our partners so need to be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion for solving customer issues.
The key skills and qualities of the Partner Support Executive:

  • We need someone with a background of at least 1-2 years sales and customer service experience, used to dealing with B2B customers and managing customer accounts.
  • We need someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone to engage with our partners and upsell new features and services.
  • We are very proud of the brand and service we offer. You will need to be a great communicator who is friendly and outgoing, genuinely enjoys dealing with people who can be as enthusiastic about Compare My Move as we are.
  • Someone who is resilient, selfmotivated and has a passion for achieving goals who can adapt to a fast paced and everchanging environment.
  • We need people who thrive being part of a team, who love helping teammates improve and are always wanting to share ideas and contribute across the business.
