**Purchase Ledger Clerk - Part-timeWe are currently keen to speak with Purchase Ledger Clerks who are available and looking for a new part time, permanent role.
Duties:
-
Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders, making sure all costs are correct
:

Ensuring purchases are subsequently invoiced to the customer
:
-
Posting invoices to the purchase ledger, dealing with and resolving all supplier queries
:

Liaising with suppliers and preparing weekly and monthly supplier payment runs
:

Completing new supplier account forms and setting up new suppliers on the system.
Required experience:
Purchase Ledger experience
Experience in a fast-paced finance office setting
