Description

Main Duties

  • Support the Company in general by assisting to maintain a safe and efficient facility through general site maintenance.
  • Ensuring properties are maintained to a high spec.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out some general facility maintenance tasks i.e. plumbing, electrical, rubbish removal, furniture movement, painting, flooring etc.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards according to Company policy and work to guidelines to create a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Preferred Experience

  • Good communication, cooperation, and team working skills.
  • Flexible attitude to work and able to do overtime as required.
  • Awareness of Safety, Health, and environmental procedures.
  • Other skills that will be beneficial to carry out handyman work on doors, locks, plumbing, and electrical.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£13.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 8 per week
