Operations_

In Operations there are 15 teams with a total of c260 staff across three locations (Edinburgh, Newcastle and London).

Operations support the RBC Brewin Dolphin client life-cycle by providing excellent administrative and technical support to our branches and client-facing executives.

We are looking to recruit dynamic individuals who are interested in pursuing skills within a professional financial environment.

There is a strong team ethic both within this department and across the wider firm to ensure we provide an exemplary service to our clients.


About this opportunity
As an Administrator within the Client Reporting team, you will assist with production of client reports, valuations and statements.

You will support with the reconciliation of data between our core systems and assist with managing distribution of electronic data to third parties.

You will manage small client reporting projects, testing of enhancements or bug fixes whilst liaising with other departments and third parties as required.

You will answer queries on client reports and liaise with Investment Managers and IT and perform data analysis for reporting purposes.

This role is based in our Edinburgh office on a Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 202-
Personal skills, experience and technical knowledge required for the role_

  • Proven numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail & analytical ability
  • Client reporting experience preferable
  • Experience of working in a dynamic environment going through a period of change
  • Experience of testing and recording evidence
  • Proven excel skills
  • Experience of managing multiple conflicting deadlines
  • Understanding of performance management data
  • Methodical approach to tasks
  • Proactive attitude & willingness to take responsibility
  • Essential to be able to work as part of a team to achieve deadlines
  • Organised with proven time management capabilities
