Description

The core element of this role is to manage the site 'orders service' to ensure that production requirements align to customer expectations.

To facilitate the delivery of a safe, effective and efficient dispatch and supply function as required at the manufacturing site.

To ensure that customer (internal and external) expectations are met with a view to allowing for effective patient care. To operate and maintain the electronic orders database and to develop electronic ordering systems.


To supervise and provide training to staff members on their roles, duties and responsibilities within the aseptic orders service, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and followed by all staff.
