The opportunity:

Key tasks include:

To undertake feeearning work, working both independently, with mínimal supervision, and as a member of the team.
To maintain existing relations with the firm's clients and assist and help develop new relationships with thirdparty referrers.
Advising on all Family law matters including divorce, property and finances, children's issues, and cohabitation as well as prenuptial agreements and mediation.
Advising on settlement agreements.
Represent and liaise with both parties.
A willingness to participate in the growth and future development of the Team, assisting in building up the client base and marketing the firm's legal services.
To comply with any direction or instruction in the Firm's Practice Manual regarding client care.
