The opportunity:


Key tasks include:


  • To undertake feeearning work, working both independently, with mínimal supervision, and as a member of the team.
  • To maintain existing relations with the firm's clients and assist and help develop new relationships with thirdparty referrers.
  • Advising on all Family law matters including divorce, property and finances, children's issues, and cohabitation as well as prenuptial agreements and mediation.
  • Advising on settlement agreements.
  • Represent and liaise with both parties.
  • A willingness to participate in the growth and future development of the Team, assisting in building up the client base and marketing the firm's legal services.
  • To comply with any direction or instruction in the Firm's Practice Manual regarding client care.

What are we looking for in a member of the team?

  • Selfdriven and resultsoriented with a positive outlook
  • Empathic communicator, able to see things from other's point of view.
  • Knowledge of contentious and noncontentious employment law
  • At least 18 months PQE
  • Personable team player
