Description

The role will involve working with their apprentices in the workplace, primarily at levels 2 & 3, and will include delivering practical and theoretical training, assessing their progress, and providing support and guidance to ensure they reach their fullpotential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering practical and theoretical training to apprentices in the engineering field
  • Assessing apprentices' progress and providing feedback
  • Providing support and guidance to apprentices to help them achieve their goals
  • Ensuring that all training is delivered in line with industry standards and regulations

Key Requirements:

  • Strong background in the engineering industry
  • Teaching qualification and assessors award (highly desirable)
  • Experience working with apprentices at levels 2 &
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Access to own vehicle and ability to drive.
