Description
SiD Recruitment is looking for a Drivers mate who will be assisting the van driver while traveling around England, Scotland and Wales


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the driver in the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Communicate effectively with the driver and other team members
  • Load and unload goods from the vehicle
  • Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
  • Ensure that all goods are properly secured in the vehicle
  • Contacting customers to confirm delivery times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Experience:


  • Previous experience as a driver's mate or in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations is an advantage

Salary:
£10.42-£11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Stafford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
