Junior Accounts Assistant

Northampton

£22k per annum

Monday - Friday

I am partnering with a client in Northampton who are recruiting for a Junior Accounts Assistant, very much entry level into an accounts function and would be ideal for somebody who has recently come out of studies or has self-studied an AAT and looking forthe move in to a finance team.

Day to day you will be assisting the Accountant and Assistant Accountant in reconciliation and various duties in the centralised Accounts Payable function.

Working as part of a busy team offering efficiency in identifying underlying areas of concerns.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in reconciliation of deferment accounts
Assist in updating and reconciliation of Inter Company Accounts
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality with respect to all aspects of the role
Other Accounts Payable duties
Ensuring reconciliations are accurate and kept up to date
Prioritisation of workload to successfully meet deadlines.
