- £40,000 to £45,000 salary commensurate with experience, 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays, company pension, early finish on a Friday.


This Production Scheduler job will suit:

  • Previous experience of working within a Master Scheduler, Production Scheduler, Production Planner, or similar type of role.
  • Good experience of using production planning systems such as MRP/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with several departments and people within the business.
  • A good general understanding of how a manufacturing / production business operates e.g., supply chain, inventory, manufacturing processes etc
  • Analytical mindset, be able to spot issues / opportunities for improvements and optimise the role of Production Scheduler in the business.

This Production Scheduler job will involve:

  • Coordinating schedules and inventories to ensure efficient and effective production operations.
  • Collaboration with sales, logistics and manufacturing teams to establish schedules and plans and allocate available resources.
  • Integrates sales orders with the master schedule, coordinates availability of raw materials, equipment, and resource to meet customer requirements.
  • Schedule work through production areas to match requirements and production capability.
  • Generate weekly and monthly production reports.
