Job title:
Senior Operations Engineer - Production Planning & Control


Location:
Barrow-in-Furness - Onsite.

What you'll be doing:


  • Driving enabled work into 4week schedule for operations to execute in line with critical path and identifying resource capacity constraints
  • Capturing progress and daily issues from the Operations team and ensuring optimum earned value is achieved
  • Scheduling enabled work into a 4week plan
  • Closing work orders to update the level 4 plan and enable analysis of schedule performance

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous highlevel stakeholder management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages (Experience working with KPI's & reporting)

Desirable:

  • Production, Planning and control experience
  • SAP Experience
  • System of Work Knowledge (BAE or equivalent)
  • Trade or manufacturing support background

The PP&C team:

The Production, planning and support team are responsible for the production, enablement and execution of working packages.

This role will provide you with an opportunity to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels offering a great deal of exposure across the business, opening exciting developmental opportunities.
