To provide offshore coaching and training with respect to CNRIs Maximo Maintenance Management System. Note this role covers Offshore West Africa operations.


Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out offshore trips to Train/Coach personnel on the use of Maximo.
  • Review and action outputs from the Maximo Audit system.
  • Perform the role of Assessor with respect to Maximo for CNRIs Competence Management & Development System,
  • Work with platform personnel to review and reduce backlog Work Orders.
  • Resolve any arising issues and deal with support requests with respect to Maximo.

Area Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensure Maximo Support Requests are actioned in a timely manner from all sites.
  • Work directly with on and offshore personnel to ensure PEF process is understood and followed.
  • Verify that Work Orders are suitably prepared, scheduled and made ready for execution as part of Operations Excellence.
  • Champion the Repair Order process and continually improve, ensuring compliance is met with procedural intent, prioritisation on returns is known and worked to/tracked.
  • Work directly with on and offshore personnel to ensure material management within Maximo is effectively controlled and understood. This includes working with personnel as required to verify critical equipment specifications are correct and equipment is inspected if necessary prior to shipping offshore.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to quickly and effectively communicate requirements in planned and unplanned/reactive situations.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback on team and individual working practices and procedures.
  • Approachable on all aspects of personal performance feedback.
  • Willingness to commit and support critical tasks out with normal office hours remotely and from SMH where required.
  • Coaching/Training experience in the areas of responsibility.(Desirable)
  • Proactive attitude and behaviours.
  • Strong and Proven familiarity with all aspects of supporting and enhancing Maintenance Management Systems.
  • Ability to promptly and effectively work between groups and teams from different assets and departments.
  • Well established skills in Maximo &

Microsoft Office Applications:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Capable of interpreting and discussing performance data to seek improvements opportunities and determine effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Working knowledge of Maximo.(Desirable)
  • Trained and experienced in Auditing.(Desirable)
  • Policy & Procedure creation and publication experience.(Desirable)
  • Fact based decision maker.
  • Capable of recognising where data may not be sufficient to support key decisions.
  • Effective and clear in all communications verbal, written, presented.
  • Capable of directing/redirecting a team quickly and with clear accountabilities, ownership and empowerment
  • Proven capability in developing and continuously improving Maintenance Management Strategies in support of Operational Excellence.
  • Experienced background in off and onshore activities.(Desirable)
  • Familiarity with UK and Local based service providers.(Desirable)
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Ability and willingness to undertake other tasks as required.
  • Experience and proven capability in a similar position preferred.
