Your role and responsibilities as a Business Analyst...

Work with employees of the business and project teams to define project scope, goals and deliverables, tasks and required resources
Outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
Mapping 'As-Is' business processes and delivering them back to stakeholders
Recognising capabilities of new and existing software and systems and identifying opportunities for business process improvments
Devising tobe business processes and validating them with business stakeholders
Take responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of small projects and delivery ownership
Ensure that the appropriate analytical tools, standards, and processes being used by the project are up to date and meet organisational requirements
Coordinating and supporting UAT to ensure business solutions are ready to be implemented

Your experience and attributes as a Business Analyst...

Experience in Business systems analysis within the context of projects focusses on internal business changes
BCS (ISEB), IQBBA, or PMI certification in Business Analysis desirable
Proven experience of full project lifecycle from initiation to successful completion
Experience in both traditional (waterfall) and Agile project delivery.
Proven experience of using structured business analysis methodologies such as and Microsoft Visio and Excel
Substantial experience in dealing with customers/users and building long term client relationships demonstrating the use of excellent communication and people skills
Experience within projects requiring significant internal business process change
Experience of working in a user environment involved in the introduction and use of IT systems
Passionate about new technologies, happy to work on legacy systems
The ability to build on business requirements and deliver resilient technical solutions
Enjoys learning and sharing knowledge with others
Enjoys working in an agile environment

Your package as a Business Analyst...
£40k - £45k per annum

3 days on site in Coventry based offices and an extensive benefits package including discounts and an impressive pension scheme.
