You have done your research in how, where and when to communicate and what kind of content is needed to do so.


We believe that you are currently working with communication, preferably within the tech industry, and have done so for the last couple of years.

You have a strong analytical ability with a strong overview of the outcome of every communication initiative.

Qualification and Experience

  • IT and tech savvy or a keen interest in working for a growing tech business.
  • Content marketing or direct copywriting experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience/consistent performance in deadlineoriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work.
  • Experience of working across all content platforms including digital, video and social.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • A keen interest in photography / videography for business would be seen as a great skill to bring to the table.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline is advantageous, but not essential.
The Role

  • Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company's tone and mission. You write clean, concise, wellpolished copy.
  • Optimise content according to SEO.
  • Develop content strategy aligned with shortterm and longterm marketing targets.
  • Edit content produced by your team, including conceptualising the projects upfront, assigning projects and overseeing development and copyediting prior to publishing.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, digital marketing, product marketing and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product's core benefits properly and consistently.
  • Contribute to social media postings and management of social media accounts.
  • Work with product marketing and sales, develop content strategies and materials to support the sales cycle.
  • Ensure content represents the Impulse brand identity and delivers on objectives.
  • Present concepts, creative deliverables and learnings/insights in department meetings.
