Job specification:
- Support the Operations team with implementing new processes and systems.
- Assist with providing training and adhoc refresher training on systems and best practice to the clinical and administrative teams.
- Become a key contact for staff, responding to daytoday system queries regarding clinical systems and patient facing software.
- Monitoring the Operations inbox.
- Gaining full knowledge of the clinic EMR, consent form and app systems, to provide full administrative support.
- Perform administrative tasks to maintain and improve our EMR and patient materials.
- Assist with the creation of system guides and associated training and support materials for staff and patients.
- Work with the Operations team to continually brainstorm ideas and improvements for the patient experience.
- Provide support for other Operational projects.

- Ability to build relationships with colleagues.
- Able to juggle multiple requests and manage time efficiently.
- Able to quickly grasp new systems, pathways, and concepts.
- Confident at communicating and explaining ideas, processes, and solutions.
- A keen attitude to learn about all aspects of the business and departments.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience working with a client or patient database.
- Minimum 1 years' experience working in an administrative or support position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (preferable)
- Keen interest in fertility sector/healthcare
