Job specification:


  • Support the Operations team with implementing new processes and systems.
  • Assist with providing training and adhoc refresher training on systems and best practice to the clinical and administrative teams.
  • Become a key contact for staff, responding to daytoday system queries regarding clinical systems and patient facing software.
  • Monitoring the Operations inbox.
  • Gaining full knowledge of the clinic EMR, consent form and app systems, to provide full administrative support.
  • Perform administrative tasks to maintain and improve our EMR and patient materials.
  • Assist with the creation of system guides and associated training and support materials for staff and patients.
  • Work with the Operations team to continually brainstorm ideas and improvements for the patient experience.
  • Provide support for other Operational projects.

  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues.
  • Able to juggle multiple requests and manage time efficiently.
  • Able to quickly grasp new systems, pathways, and concepts.
  • Confident at communicating and explaining ideas, processes, and solutions.
  • A keen attitude to learn about all aspects of the business and departments.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:


  • Previous experience working with a client or patient database.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience working in an administrative or support position.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree (preferable)
  • Keen interest in fertility sector/healthcare
