This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will lead a team of data analysts across Commercial and Marketing analytics.
This role is pivotal in supporting the newly combined organisation to achieve its ambitions to change into a data driven organisation.
As Head of Commercial Analytics, you will be responsible for a number of analytics teams that support key business areas such as marketing, commercial, personalisation and experimentation.
Through these teams you will provide analytical insights and decisioning capabilities that affect all parts of the customer journey from acquisition, through in life and churn.
Your work will be pivotal in the success of the Change function and the long-term company strategy.Who we are
The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Experienced in running Analytics teams at scale in an agile or squad framework supporting multiple business areas
- Experience in data analytics with practical experience in daytoday issues arising in analytics environments and understanding of modern data analytics capability in a digital or eCommerce context
- Pragmatic thinker, capable of working in a challenging context to devise coherent strategies and communicate this with clarity to a broad range of stakeholders to get buy in and momentum to change
- Proven data analytics skills and previous experience with SQL (or other coding languages) in different database platforms
