Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a talent pipeline of core profiles within the nuclear industry
Identify, attract, and engage with top talent in a highly competitive industry
Keep up to date with market trends and proactively suggest new approaches to sourcing talent

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to identify and attract top talent in a highly competitive industry
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
