DBD International is seeking a resilient Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a talent pipeline for the nuclear industry.
This role is a great opportunity to transition from an agency environment or advance your internal talent acquisition career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of core profiles within the nuclear industry
- Identify, attract, and engage with top talent in a highly competitive industry
- Keep up to date with market trends and proactively suggest new approaches to sourcing talent
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to identify and attract top talent in a highly competitive industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
