About The Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Executive for Carriages Restaurant & The Sidings where you will spearhead innovative marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive unparalleled dining experiences and events.

Reporting directly into the Carriages & Catering General Manager, you will immerse yourself in PR, social media, event management and overall marketing campaigns, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our restaurant, farm shop and café.

Your responsibilities will be diverse and exciting and will include:

Social Media Engagement: be the voice of our brands on social platforms, fostering meaningful connections with our audience through timely and engaging actions.
Events Management: from concept to execution, you will orchestrate memorable events throughout the year, captivating guests and creating lasting impressions.
Strategic PR Campaigns: forge strategic partnerships with influencers to expand our online reach and create buzz around our establishments.
Content creation: channel your creativity into captivating crafting content for various platforms, ensuring our online presence is as tantalising as our cuisine.

You will be part of the wider allpay Limited group which is situated just outside of Hereford City Centre in our amazing offices and beautiful location.

About You:

A degree in Marketing, Hospitably, Business, or equivalent, coupled with a proven track record in marketing roles within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail, with a flair for storytelling.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
A flair for innovation, with the ability to develop and execute cuttingedge marketing strategies.
Proven effective interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects seamlessly.
Demonstrated success in PR and social media roles, with a proven track record in crafting engaging campaigns and strategies.
A keen understanding of PR principles, media relations, and crisis communication management.
Proven design proficiency in Adobe Suites for menu creation and previous experience with website management platforms like WIX.
