Description

To work alongside Internal Sales Department and Sales Co-ordination Department, who has good customer service experience and would like to broaden their responsibilities to include key accounts.

Reporting to the Operations General Manager and the Sales Coordination Team Leader.

Key Role Elements

  • Quotations handling, including special products.
  • Update of the customer relation management (CRM) database with pricing and notes as necessary
  • Project coordination of order and customer care activities in relation to designated key accounts.
Full in-house process and computer skills training

Working Hours 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday; 8.30 am to 4 pm Fridays. One-hour lunch (unpaid)


After an initial period of induction and training when fully office based, this role can be carried out on a hybrid - part office, part home working basis if required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
