Our client are an international civil engineering contractor, are looking for a talented Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to work on their prestigious project in Snowdonia National Park.


The purpose of the role will be:
To provide proactive and reactive H,S & W support across all undertakings on the project

  • Previous experience and knowledge of working on major construction / civils projects ideally on some tunnelling sites
  • Working knowledge of current UK Health and Safety legislation and best practice
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or working towards securing the mentioned with a passion towards Health, Safety and Welfare.
  • Wideranging understanding of Health, Safety and Wellbeing procedures to promote throughout the project, including working at height, confined spaces and arrangement of equipment.
  • Will be able to verify temporary works procedures are implemented safely.
  • An understanding of project compliance and be able to complete site inspections and audits, constantly monitoring the H, S & W policies and procedures. As well as providing assistance in preparing RAMS and training modules.
  • Exceptional ability to investigate any accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences.
  • Ability to maintain relationships internal and external
  • Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
  • Superb communication skills on all levels both written and verbal.
