About the role


You will also need to understand the workings of marketing automation systems, such as Hubspot and Salesforce, to be able to construct and continuously test and improve streamlined workflows tailored to different behaviours and audiences and drive results in collaboration with the Sales/Admissions team.


We are a fast-growing company, and this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to become a pivotal part of a dynamic small team within a friendly and collaborative organisation.


Main Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with Sales and Services to build and refine Salesforce flows for post sale communications.
  • Building out accurate, complex workflows to cater to different audience behaviours and optimise conversions.
  • Creating and tailoring content and assets where needed e.g. data capture forms, landing pages, surveys, images etc.
  • Continuously testing and improving workflows, Salesforce flows, campaigns and campaign assets to optimise results.
  • Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using Hubspot analytics.
  • Taking ownership for data quality in Hubspot, ensuring unengaged contacts are removed and GDPR compliance is maintained at data capture points and beyond.
  • Building customer insight through testing and providing feedback so this can be used in other marketing initiatives.
  • Contributing ideas to wider content marketing initiatives and collaborating with the wider marketing team.

  • Start: ASAP
  • Location: Central Oxford with hybrid working arrangements available
  • Contract type: Permanent, full time (will consider part time)
  • Salary: £35,000

Minimum requirements:


  • 2 years experience in marketing automation
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • A driven, proactive mindset
  • Flexible and able to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, organised and collaborative.

Desirable attributes:


  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce/Hubspot integration
  • Marketing qualification e.g. CIM
