We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client, a successful, established and ever growing leader within their field.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a hardworking, skilled team. This role is a permanent role based at their offices in FY4 area of Blackpool.


Duties include:

  • Inputting and coding of purchase invoices via Sage Job Costings/Sage
  • Purchase ledger/creditors reports
  • Compilation of the weekly Cashbook
  • Processing of card payments
  • Completion of the CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) spreadsheets
  • Input of the company credit card expenditure
  • Balancing of bank accounts
  • Raising of sales invoices
  • Credit control duties
  • Processing subcontractor's payments
Experience of Sage Line 50 is essential. Sage Job Costings training will be given.
